Chris Edwards
Chris Edwards is an award-winning serial entrepreneur who started her first business, Honeycombers, in 2008 at the age of 28. Honeycombers is now the go-to lifestyle resource for locals, expats and tourists across Singapore, Hong Kong and Bali. She has also created a parenting platform called HoneyKids Asia. Collectively, there are over 1 million monthly unique readers of Honeycombers’ content across Southeast Asia.
Chris started coaching entrepreneurs, and from this experience, she saw the need for a community for conscious entrepreneurs, so she created Launchpad in 2022. An entrepreneurial community designed to help small businesses thrive through community, peer mentoring and coaching, Launchpad has over 400 members from across 11 countries today.
Chris was recognised in 2016 for her entrepreneurial success by the Australia Chamber of Commerce, winning the ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ Award (which was totally unsolicited!). She also has been featured in the New York Times, Forbes Australia, Tech In Asia, Smart Company and The AustCham magazine.
Chris now runs 4 companies across 4 countries and spends her time split between Singapore, Hong Kong, Bali, and Byron Bay, Australia, where she lives with her husband and three kids.
