Guidepost, a worldwide Montessori community, is heading to AYANA Estate – and they’re here to guide and empower young minds in Bali!
So, you’ve holidayed in Bali and quickly realised that a one-week vacay simply isn’t enough? The kids loved their long days under the warm sun (splashing in pools and exploring tropical jungles), and you loved living the island life with your crew…. Well, what if we told you that there’s a way to soak up Bali life with your kids, all while maintaining and enhancing their education? Introducing Guidepost – a globally recognised educational institution that’s dedicated to guiding and empowering young learners through Montessori programmes, all while nurturing a global community of teachers, parents and students.
And that’s not all. Guidepost is coming to Bali in collaboration with one of the island’s most popular destinations, AYANA Estate. Teetering above the picturesque coastline of Jimbaran Bay, Guidepost at AYANA Estate offers the island’s luckiest kids a spectacular campus setting that’s designed to nurture young minds the Montessori way. And what a learning experience it is. The Montessori method aims to develop more than just intelligence, by allowing children to learn freely in a fun, safe and loving environment that encourages independence and confidence. And the best bit is, Mums and Dads will also benefit from the support of the worldwide Montessori community!
Sign the kids up to Guidepost’s dual-language Montessori learning programmes!
Set to open its doors in September 2023, Guidepost is partnering with the prestigious AYANA Estate to give your children a world-class learning experience and individualised guidance from an early age. The campus applies the Montessori way of teaching, arming kids with not only critical thinking, but also practical life skills and the ability to adapt through exposure and experimentation.
Your little ones will be immersed in activities in two languages (both English and Mandarin), and children aged two-and-a-half to six years-old can take part in half-day and full-day Children’s House programmes at AYANA Estate’s fam-friendly facilities. The programmes encourage each child to build empathy and social skills, as well as a scientific mind, through individualised guidance and sensory materials – all the Montessori tools needed for the kids to confidently make the transition to higher education.
And while the Children’s House is a monthly programme that runs for a full academic year, the Guidepost Bali Adventure is the shorter version where children can join for a single week or multi-week series. Keep your eyes peeled for the Parent & Child Memorable Moments to join in on the adventure!
AYANA Estate is where your little ones can learn and explore freely
To truly honour the Montessori method, selecting the campus’ location was a key priority for Guidepost – and where better than AYANA Estate. One of Bali’s lushest lifestyle venues, AYANA Estate provides indoor and outdoor facilities where the children can freely move and explore their surroundings. While the indoor classroom is a comfortable, air-conditioned space for Montessori work periods and reading, writing and Maths classes, the outdoor space offers lush, tropical grounds where the kiddos can explore Bali’s natural landscapes. Think fun days in the outdoors where they can get their hands dirty trying farming and nature crafting activities on the fields, vegetable plots (with edible flowers!) and cultural collections.
Whether it’s indoors or outdoors, Guidepost and AYANA Estate will make sure little learners can thrive in a safe environment where they can be curious, develop problem-solving skills and be nurtured by nature… Yep, this isn’t your regular campus.
Enrol and become part of a global community!
Not only will your kiddos develop a love of learning and find lifelong friends, Guidepost provides a supportive community for parents too. Enrolling your kids into Guidepost at AYANA Estate means you’ll join a worldwide network of over 100 campuses spread across continents, from the USA and France, to mainland China and Hong Kong. What’s more, the Montessori community provides families all the support they need with transitioning from pre-nursery to kindergarten, primary school, and beyond.
So, whether you and your family are here for a shorter stay or in Bali for the long haul, this new programme from Guidepost and AYANA Estate allows kids to dive deep into the island’s magic, all while acing their education.
And psst… Look out for the campus’ Toddler Programme aimed at developing motoric, social and emotional skills for children aged 18 to 36 months – it’s set to launch in 2024, and we can’t wait to check it out!
