Mosto continues its run of cross-regional collaborations, this time bringing Kuala Lumpur’s Unwined Plus to Bali for a one-night meeting of two wine bars shaped by instinct and a shared disregard for playing it safe.
The younger sibling to Unwined, Unwined Plus arrives in Bali as part of its early evolution, a space built around natural wine and Asian-influenced cooking that leans experimental, open and still in motion.
At the centre is Chef Lee, whose cooking is driven by curiosity and a willingness to push beyond expectation. Rooted in Asian influence but intentionally unconfined, his approach leans into bold flavours, layered techniques and a constant sense of movement.
Together with Chef Lorenzo De Petris, the two kitchens come together for a Chinese-Malay-inspired menu that doesn’t sit neatly in one place. It’s a collaboration built on contrast and alignment at the same time.
Set inside Mosto, expect a night of bottles moving, plates landing fast and a little loose around the edges. Alongside the menu, Sunawi Wines, the small-project winery behind the Unwined team, will pour an exclusive by-the-glass selection from Valtènesi, on the western shores of Lake Garda in Lombardia, Italy. Available for one night only: Cuvée Rosalia, Chardo and Maceratio.
Table bookings essential, bar walk-ins welcome.
