Discover the flavours and stories of Bali at Local Heroes Vol. I, a special culinary gathering by Hujan Locale in collaboration with D’Abian Bali, a local food and community project from Tabanan.
Rooted in Bali’s food culture, Local Heroes celebrates the people, traditions, and cooking practices behind the island’s rich culinary heritage. For its first edition, D’Abian Bali brings its signature Grill Urutan to Hujan Locale, showcasing a traditional Balinese sausage through its distinctive approach to grilling over fire and smoke.
The experience begins at noon with a special Bali Warteg selection featuring local dishes and flavours, followed by an evening bar takeover with Chandra as BA Olmeca Altos Tequila Indonesia from 7 PM. Live keroncong music adds to the atmosphere, bringing together Balinese food, drinks, and Indonesian sounds for an evening of local culture and discovery.
