For one night only, co-founding Chef Germán Rincón returns from Tinto, his Spanish restaurant in Melbourne, to cook alongside Chef Andrés Becerra. From their early days together in Melbourne to opening Santanera in Bali, their friendship and shared Colombian roots set the table for this anniversary dinner.
Between courses, immersive performances will unfold across the dining floors, leading to a grand finale on the rooftop.
