Joe has built a devoted following in Bangkok for his bold, deeply personal approach to Thai cooking. This special evening brings that spirit to Indus in a dinner that is not to be missed.
Starter: Trio of Thai Cold Seafood featuring Thai Style Prawn Ceviche, Toasted Rice Crusted Ahi Tuna Crudo, and Lightly Poached Squid.
Main: Nasi Campur Bangkok with Krapow Slow-cooked Pork Belly, Coconut Batter Fried Fish, Thai Style Sambal Embe, Yum Wing Bean Salad, Pork Cracklings and Pickled Seasonal Fruit.
Dessert: Caramelized Palm Sugar with Ice Cream, Coconut Mochi and Fried Shallots.
