Indonesian restaurant Rumah Rasa goes green, creative, and really affordable at their re-launch in Bay Hotel Singapore
Fans of Indonesian cuisine, you’re gonna be stoked for this. Halal-Indonesian restaurant, Rumah Rasa, returns to Bay Hotel Singapore after a brief hiatus. They will keep to their affordable signature menu of home-cooked Indonesian favourites – with an increased focus on sustainable dining.
Keeping to the theme of sustainable dining, Rumah Rasa’s dishes will use herbs and spices that they farm from their own edible garden, making them the first Indonesian restaurant in Singapore to adopt the concept. Herbs and spices like kaffir lime, pandan leaves, galangal and chillies can be found in the garden, so you’re getting organically-grown produce to enhance your flavours. Say goodbye to MSG!
As a treat, popular Indonesian dishes like sate lilit, soto madura and chendol will be priced at $1 with no minimum spending required, just for the month of July. Get on the a la carte menu, join in for a set lunch or pile on that plate at a weekend buffet!
Rumah Rasa, 50 Telok Blangah Road, Singapore 098828. Executive lunch sets start at $15 and weekend buffets at $55 for two.
