Dude-sin cuisine extraordinaire, Bjorn Shen, works his magic with Wolf Burgers at this new pop-up on Ann Siang Hill featuring burgers and beers
MeatLiquor’s closure got you down? Not to worry, burger lovers, because here’s some news that will turn that frown upside down. From now ’til 31 December, the burger barons behind Wolf Burger (known for their salted egg yolk burger) will be collaborating with Bjorn Shen’s Bird Bird (they do a wicked Thai fried chicken) to serve up a hearty burger menu at the Wolf on The Hill pop-up on Ann Siang Hill.
The menu will feature Wolf Burgers’ signatures with more premium toppings like truffled porcini mushrooms, blue cheese and port cheese. Diners will also see specials like the chicken burger paired with Chef Bjorn’s sweet Thai chilli slaw, and a beef burger with his red curry mayo slaw. While a seasonal offering, the festive Wolf’s Bird Burger, will feature juicy turkey and turkey crackling topped with cranberry jam that will taste just like Christmas. And it’s not a proper burger experience without a coupla’ cold ones on the side, so you’ll be pleased to know that pints of Hofbrau Munchen will be going for just $9.90 each.
