Giant swings, vertical skywalks, and skybridges will also be set up to get your heart racing
Home to Universal Studios, waterparks, luge rides and the biggest Merlion in Singapore, Sentosa offers quite the escape for city-dwellers looking for a rugged respite. Yet, the island is giving thrill-seekers one more way to get their high – 50 metres high, that is.
Already under construction is AJ Hackett Sentosa, an outdoor activity zone that plans to make your adrenaline levels spike. Brace yourselves for giant swings, skybridges, vertical skywalks, and its crown jewel, a 50-metre bungee jump station – the first of its kind in Singapore.
If the name AJ Hackett rings a bell, that’s because the company has also set up similar heart-pounding projects in France, Australia, New Zealand, and Macau. Just last year, we took a leap of faith (and survived!) from the Macau Tower, where AJ Hackett has built the world’s highest bungee at a record-breaking 233 metres. You can have a look in our video below at 0:50.
Hope you aren’t afraid of heights!
