Marriott Cafe
The magic is alive at the Marriott Cafe’s Thanksgiving buffet that features over 60 festive delights. Whet your appetite with butternut pumpkin & pine nut soup and sweet potato casserole, before moving on to mains like roasted maple glazed turkey with chestnut stuffing. Thanksgiving classics like bourbon & honey glazed leg ham, and roasted beef prime rib with bone marrow also make an appearance. To sweeten the deal, the buffet also includes free flow of beer, wine and soft drinks.

Ring in the festive season in grand opulence at St Regis’ signature restaurant, Brasserie Les Saveurs. This Thanksgiving feast will open with a luxurious spread of fine seafood like court-bouillon poached prawns and Alaskan king crab along with à la minute highlights like poached Boston lobster and Hokkaido scallops. Of course, we can’t forget the decadent mains like seared sea bass with bacon spinach, as well as Asian dishes like Singapore chilli crab and snapper fish curry. End your meal on a sweet note with desserts like Clementine and lime caviar verrine and gâteau Basque.

Celebrate Thanksgiving at Brewerkz where you’ll dig into dishes like fennel crusted pork, beer roasted beef, sweet potatoes with marshmallows and pecans, mac & cheese and, of course, roasted turkey breast. But remember to save room for dessert, because Brewerkz will serve up holiday favourites like roasted pecan pie. The $70 buffet also tops you up with two pints of beer, so you can sample the microbrewery’s fantastic brews.

The Kitchen Table
The Kitchen Table ends off its Food from the Heart dinner series with a week-long Thanksgiving-themed dinner. Get the fam together in the resto’s fun, quirky space and enjoy Thanksgiving staples like whole baked glazed ham, garlic mascarpone mashed potatoes and hearty servings of Yankee corn bread. Of course, the highlight of this homely feast is the unconventional Cajun-marinated turkey with sausage stuffing and gravy – sure to be a hit with the diners craving a less conventional turkey centrepiece.

Can’t wait for the year-end festivities to begin? Book yourselves an early Thanksgiving treat at the Giacomo Borgogno Barolo Wine Dinner at this Marina Bay Sands restaurant, happening on 16 November. For $288++ per person, this five-course degustation experience doles out premium plates of wagyu beef antipasti and truffle-infused Tajarin pasta paired with wines from Borgogno, one of the oldest wine-producing houses in Italy.
