News flash: Burberry’s exclusive travelling pop-up store, the Burberry Conservatory, lands in Marina Bay Sands
It bags come and go; some disappear into the unknown and some become icons. And that’s what makes Burberry’s Belt Bag so special — it’s a creation from a designer’s final collection; what you hold in your hands is really a piece of fashion history.
As a tribute to Christopher Bailey’s last handbag design, the British house launches a travelling pop-up space, the Burberry Conservatory, to showcase the Belt Bag, a design inspired by the Burberry trench coat. After stops in Dubai and Seoul, this exclusive installation that takes after a beautiful lush greenhouse is now in Singapore for two weeks at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands.
You’ll find a capsule collection of 17 exclusive, limited-edition Belt Bags in a variety of shades, available in small and medium sizes. Thirteen styles will come with Burberry’s equestrian knight embroidery and are available in a range of colours including rainbow. There will also be four styles in solid leather versions, including white, black and camel, that come with a rainbow belt.
Here’s the best part: there are two ways you can customise your Belt Bag. You can get your bags monogrammed, and you also purchase exclusive interchangeable belts with rainbow and grommet details, which are sold separately. Aside from the Burberry’s new It bag, the Burberry Conservatory will also feature a new collection of four leather Pin Clutches with equestrian knight embroidery and will come in white and red with black embroidery, red with white embroidery, dark blue with camel embroidery and camel with rainbow embroidery.
Excited yet? It’s time to save the date – Burberry Conservatory will be held at #B2-75-78, The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, from now ’til July 8, 2018, and is open from 10.30am to 11pm daily.
