Free-flow cocktails, blowout brunches, all-you-can-eat buffets – there’s something for every mum out there this Mother’s Day at Marina Bay Sands.
The queen of the family deserves the best, and the best is what she will get at Marina Bay Sands this Mother’s Day. The luxe integrated resort is home to an impressive collection of dining establishments, from celebrity chef restaurants to swanky drinking spots and contemporary eateries. For the weekend of 12-13 May 2018, you can choose from a slew of delish specials and irresistible offerings for mummy dearest and the rest of the fam!
For free-flow cocktails…
Come 13 May, the all-American The Bird Southern Table & Bar will be serving up an exclusive one-day-only deal for all mums. For just $28++, the ladies can enjoy fruity Bellinis and savoury vodka-based Bloody Marys for two hours. What a steal!
For a glorious brunch…
From 12-13 May, treat your mum to a lovely a la carte brunch at Adrift by David Myers. Order classics like the eggs Benedict ($22++) or go the communal dining route with signature creations such as the Adrift Wagyu Cheeseburger ($28++) and the Wagyu katsu sandwich ($55++), which features black truffle aioli and A4 Kagoshima Wagyu from Japan’s Saga Prefecture. To top it all off, all mothers get a free glass of Champagne to complete their brunch experience at Adrift.
For a fresh seafood fest…
Does mum love her seafood? Then db Bistro & Oyster Bar it is. On 12-13 May, celebrity chef Daniel Boulud’s swish restaurant will put out a three-course brunch ($98++ per pax) specially crafted by executive chef Jonathan Kinsella and executive pastry chef Mandy Pan. The menu highlights a seasonal selection of six juicy oysters along with Chef Jonathan’s pastrami hash and Chef Mandy’s mixed berry cobbler.
For juicy steaks…
Make this celebration a super fancy one – book a table at CUT by Wolfgang Puck. The one-Michelin starred restaurant hardly does lunch service, but for Mother’s Day, you and mum can certainly drop by for a rare (no pun intended) midday meal featuring the best cuts with dishes like USDA prime filet mignon and a decadent American Wagyu burger. Lunch available on 13 May from 12pm to 2:30pm and is priced at $88++ per person.
For an all-you-can-eat spread…
If the special lady in your life can really eat, she’d love to dine at Rise. Open for Mother’s Day brunch ($88++) and dinner ($98++) on 13 May, Rise is the place to be to indulge in a colourful array of international dishes such as hamachi sashimi, truffle-infused chawanmushi with foie gras and lobster, and cognac-infused cod fish noodle soup. To end the meal on the right note, your mum will be gifted a can of TWG Breakfast Queen Tea (worth $40).
And that’s not all. There’s lots to choose from at Marina Bay Sands, including a special set menu at Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen (if there are little ones in tow, they can create an edible treat for mum in the ‘Creative Corner’ while the adults wine and dine), a four-course Italian feast at Osteria Mozza, and amazing desserts at SweetSpot. Go ahead, take your pick!
