The limited-edition bottled Zuma Yuzu Highball (HKD 150) is a refreshing and fizzy cocktail to celebrate the 100th wedding anniversary of the founders of Nikka – the father of Japanese whisky Masataka Taketsuru and his Scottish wife Jessie Roberta Cowan. Together with Hong Kong’s first craft mixers brand Carbonation, the Zuma Yuzu Highball presents a pronounced flavour of Japanese yuzu with fine bubbles, rounded out with a kick of Nikka Coffey Grain Whisky and green apple.
