Theme: Creating a balance for Mental Wellbeing
Meeting the demands of daily life can often leave us feeling overwhelmed and out of balance. Every day calls for creativity in how we rearrange our lives around relationships, work, and health whilst still finding ways to grow. We have all been working hard to find safety and connection this year, often creating new landscapes at home to accommodate school, work, and family life and all the emotions that come with that. We have all learned how vital it is to be adaptable.
Experiencing balance in life IS attainable…..Finding balance doesn’t mean becoming a different person, it simply means listening to the needs of your whole self and responding with kindness. Noting and nurturing all aspects of your life to encourage a more balanced and happy existence.

You will be guided to tune in to your own needs in all areas of life and to create a Self Care Collage using the metaphor of balancing rocks and stones.
