Over 2 weekends this June at French-Japanese Whisk, you’ll be able to taste the craft of impeccable French pastry with a creative twist showcasing top quality seasonal fruit at a special edition of Pop Up Brunch with Chef Mandy Siu who honed her skills at glitzy hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants including l’Atelier Joel de Robuchon, Gaddi’s, and L’Envol, before fulfilling her dream and opening very own patisserie, Finessence.
This guest Pastry Chef, who is also an Ambassador of Elle & Vire, will demonstrate her signature and best-selling pastry creations such as Tropical Madeleine with Mango & Passion coated in bergamot and yuzu; Pistachio St. Honore, and Chocolate Flan in Crispy Puff Pastry Tart; as well as two original desserts.
This Weekend Pop Up Brunch with Chef Mandy Siu will be available on Saturday and Sunday, from 22 to 23 and 29 to 30 June at 12:00pm to 3:00pm
