Those who opt for Chinese dishes could satisfy your summer fruit cravings with W Hong Kong’s Sing Yin Cantonese Dining’s Fruit Fanfare menu! From now to August 31, gourmands can have a taste of sweet and succulent produce from the eight dishes exquisitely prepared by Executive Chinese Chef Johnny Chan, featuring tropical fruit including papaya, dragon fruit, cantaloupe and more.
The crispy sliced chicken skin with shredded chicken, mixed with cantaloupe, cucumber and jellyfish in chili and sour sauce in particular is a delectable delight. Known for its refreshing flavor and rich nutrient contents, the cantaloupe melon brings a tantalizing and light touch to the dish served chilled and sweetened together with the crispy chicken, cucumber and jellyfish. Its light green color also gives it a lively appearance that matches perfectly with summer. If you’re looking for unconventionality, crispy scallops in honey citron sauce would be an excellent choice. Chef Johnny Chan highlights the scallop’s luscious taste with an unprecedented mix of sweet honey and sour citron sauce, creating a wonderful balance between the sweet and savory.
Other dishes in the menu include pan seared foie gras with strawberry red wine sauce, sautéed diced Australian wagyu beef with green apple in mustard sauce, sesame crispy prawns with dragon fruit in hawthorn sauce, baked fried rice with seafood and Portuguese sauce in pineapple, lobster and crab meat stuffed in baked avocado with cheese and onion, poached spotted garoupa with papaya and vegetables in fish soup. Available daily with prices ranging from HK$298 to HK$688.
