The rich and delicate aroma of the 15-year aged Chinese hua diao wine creates a wonderful flavour to the pork knuckle, served with the indulgent marinated pork trotter. Tickle your taste buds with a hearty bowl of comfort – Braised scallop soup, fungus, dried black moss featuring sweet scallops, crunchy fungus and sliced asparagus, where dried black moss symbolizes success and fortune.
Stewed lobster clay pot, fried turnip cake, shrimp paste with soy bean oil is a colourful and tempting treat. The lobster is pan-fried then simmered to make the lobster broth. Then flavourful shrimp paste, red peppers and onions are added and stewed. Then everything is lay in a clay pot on a bed of golden brown turnip cake, a classic Chinese new year essential that symbolizes prosperity.
