Bringing its jovial Tuscan joy, Carna is launching the first “Nose-to-Tail” Weekend Brunch, introduces you to hearty fare brunch with full gusto!
Starting from 9 March, every Saturday and Sunday, diners will be welcomed into joyful Italian revelry over a hearty tableside brunch comprising 5 unlimited, free-flow homemade appetisers including the signature beef tartare, roasted beef tonnato, warm beef salad, mozzarella cheese with tomato and spiced beef bruschetta, followed by a generously unlimited braised beef rigatoni pasta course, topped off with a sumptuous, charcoal grilled meat platter of house cured sausages, beef short rib and a choice of signature Carna steaks accompanied with sides of the casa, and a triumphant Tiramisu to finish alongside freshly brewed coffee.
Brunch per person starts from $728 with options to top up by $280 up for free-flowing champagne, prosecco, sommelier-selected wines, cocktails, beer or sodas.
