Unleashing a torrent of creativity, K11 Musea is the place to catch exciting artworks from rising artists and renowned maestros alike. Running until 11 September, this year’s Art Karnival will once again take you on a journey spanning multiple floors in K11 Musea. The Karnival showcases over 20 works from some of the biggest names in both local and global art and design scene.
Highlights at K11 Musea Art Karnival 2022
Works include Alexvi: Three Distances – the debut exhibition of Beijing fashion photographer Alexvi in Hong Kong; Cake Illusions – Hong Kong’s first-ever illusion cake showcase presented by Alison Chan, Cake Artist and Founder of Dear Harley Bakery; I hope… – a grand, 12-metre-long marquee installation suspended in mid-air, created by Osaka-born artist Chiharu Shiota; Beethoven’s Trumpet (With Ear), Opus 127 created by late American conceptual artist John Baldessari; and more. You can even take part in making “art” yourself with One Minute Sculptures, a performance work by Erwin Wurm.
