From August through September, Pastry Chef Kelvin Lai introduces a delectable selection of pink desserts with Yuzu confectionary at Patisserie. Partial proceeds from the pink desserts will be donated to the Hong Kong Hereditary Breast Cancer Family Registry to finance the underserved high risk breast cancers families in taking preventative measures.
