Over the past year and half, COVID-19 has been devastating the globe, particularly recently in Nepal. Show your love and support for the Nepalese community by joining the Charity Dinner at Casa Lisboa this June, as all proceeds from the Dinner will be donated to the National Innovation Centre in Nepal to help the victims of the pandemic.
The event-exclusive eight-course menu is put together by four Nepalese chefs and mixologists based in Hong Kong. They are Executive Chef Jesus Pascual, Chef Makhim Arun, Mixologist Sachin Gurung from The Diplomat, and Mixologist Gagun Gurung from Tell Camellia. Priced at $1,500 per person (service charge included), the menu features exquisite dishes and free-flow drinks, such as Cava, white and red wines, as well as signature cocktails, Taste of Nepal and Tarling.
