It wasn’t designed to stress over. There is a lot of confusing information about what to eat. I recently learned that the right diet for you is just that, the right diet for you. Only you can discover what that is.
Food has a huge impact on our lives. It impacts our emotions, energy levels, hormones, our relationships and even our jobs. If we are sick, feel heavy or in pain, we cannot live life as we desire.
Food’s purpose is to fuel us to fulfill the call of our heart and soul. Often times, it gets in the way.
Your body was designed for you with its own strengths and challenges. There isn’t an ideal body weight, only the one that is right for you.
What does freedom look like?
If I ate and exercised well 60% of the time and I loved however I looked. Social perception may say I have hair in the wrong places. As a teenager, I looked in the mirror and I saw too big a tummy, not enough muscles and too much hair. Today not much has changed besides my perception. I can see the beauty that was always right in front of my eyes.
