In this week’s beauty news, we’ve got Urban Decay’s new Vice Liquid Lipsticks, H&M Conscious Exclusive Fragrances, The Coco Cafe by Chanel, Skin Inc’s Beauty and the Beast Glowing’ Serum Kit and more.
For this week’s beauty news, we bring you five of the latest products for all you beauty fans to keep your colourful lips intact, your skin glowing and you to smell fresh all day long.
Give your lips the Urban Decay treatment
One of the most highly raved about makeup products of 2016 were the liquid lipsticks. From Kylie Lipkits to Colourpop, the list goes on and on, but we suspect this kissable makeup product is here to stay. Edgy makeup brand Urban Decay is set to launch its Vice Liquid Lipstick next month; a collection of 30 shades and two finishes – Comfort Matte and Metalized. From neutral shades to bright bold ones, these lippies are pigmented, waterproof and transfer; perfect for all day wear.
We swatched Trap Queen (Metallized), Trivial (Comfort Matte) and Purgatory (Metallized). They’re mostly very pigmented, although Trivial is lighter in texture so you need a few more coats to even it out. All round this is a great product if you want something that’s quick-drying upon application, non-transferable and waterproof. Good or bad, this lippie doesn’t remove easily – it took me 2 makeup wipes to get rid of the lip stain!
Check out our Instagram swatches. And if you’re not following us on Instagram (@honeycombers), boy are you missin’ out!
The Urban Decay Vice Liquid Lipstick will be retailing at $30 from April 2017 at Urban Decay freestanding stores at Bugis Junction, VivoCity and Takashimaya S.C., and all Sephora stores. Alternatively, these are available online at Sephora.sg.
