Indonesia's premiere dance festival is set to make its 2016 return on December 9-10. Headlining #DWP16 will be Hardwell, Martin Garrix and Zedd, making Jakarta the place to be this end of the year!
With the final line-up of this year’s Djakarta Warehouse Project announced, we’re more than pleasantly surprised to see Jakarta’s premiere dance music festival going deeper and darker this time around. After last year’s epic event, we couldn’t wait to see how this year’s epic party would hold up. Returning to its home at the colossal Jiexpo Kemayoran Convention Centre on December 9 and 10, #DWP16 sure delivers!
After cancelling at the 11th hour last year, Duke Dumont will finally be gracing Jakarta-side fans of his award-winning deep house sound with an epic performance, while HARD head honcho Destructo, LA darling Tokimonsta, tech house prodigy Hot Since 82, and French-Canadian producer Tiga will also be joining the party of the year.
Meanwhile, joining headliners Hardwell, Martin Garrix, and Zedd, are more epic names in dance music. DJ Snake, who was at last year’s event, will be returning to get the party started. Techno legend Carl Cox (#yaasss) will be making an appearance, as will British electronic groove-masters Snakehips and Miami’s own G.T.A. Brennan Heart, MarLo, and Blasterjaxx are also on the bill, proving that despite their fantastic musical differences, there must be something in the water in Holland.
The new acts join the already incredible star-studded lineup of dance acts are trap/neo-electro trio Yellow Claw and electro house DJ KSHMR. Life in Color also makes its colossal return this year, unveiling their Life in Color Kingdom concept that will be bigger and better than any paint party they’ve ever thrown before.
