Ham and Asparagus Cheese Rolls
These addictive ham and asparagus cheese rolls only takes you a grand total of 20 minutes to whip up, and they make great appetisers or finger snacks for everyone! Ingredients
Perfect Italiano Mozzarella Grated Cheese (100g)
Perfect Italiano Parmesan Grated Cheese (100g)
Bread (x4 slices)
Chicken ham (x4 slices)
Thin asparagus (x12 pieces)
Carrot, thinly sliced (50g)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Place chicken ham, asparagus and carrot slices (in that order) on top of each bread slice.
2. Sprinkle half of the Perfect Italiano Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese (50g each), followed by salt and pepper to taste.
3. Roll up each of the bread slices. Apply some pressure as you do so to flatten the bread slightly. Firmly secure with toothpicks, if necessary. Line them all up side-by-side on the baking tray.
4. Sprinkle remaining Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the rolled up bread slices.
5. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C until cheese is melted and slightly browned on top. Serve immediately.
Alfredo Pasta Bake Recipe
Using Perfect Italiano’s ever-versatile Perfect Bakes Cheese, you’ll hardly go wrong with this lovely recipe for a tasty alfredo pasta bake (which we think will leave you with no leftovers to deal with). Watch the video here, or download the recipe in PDF.

Ingredients
Perfect Italiano Perfect Bakes Cheese (200g)
Farfalle (ribbon) pasta (400g)
Olive oil (1 tbsp)
Garlic cloves (x4, sliced)
Ham (150g, sliced)
Button mushrooms (150g, sliced)
Green peas (50g)
Cooking cream (250ml)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a hot pan, pour in olive oil and sauté garlic with the ham, mushrooms and peas for about two minutes.
3. Add cream and stir for another three minutes until sauce thickens slightly. Toss with pasta and season with salt and pepper.
4. Place pasta into a large baking dish and top with Perfect Italiano Perfect Bakes Cheese.
5. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C until cheese melts and turns golden brown.
