Wow your friends with a smorgasbord of seafood dishes straight from the kitchen of Executive Chef, Jonathan Kinsella. Pick up some deceptively simple cooking techniques, hone your seafood prep skills, and master the art of oyster shucking and ceviche making. No prizes for guessing what’s on the lunch menu… Round off the afternoon with an epicurean feast of giant red snapper baked in a salt crust with fennel, orange and olive salata, followed by baked Alaska, madeleines and Champagne.
