Hey Bukit people, get ready for a special night! On Thursday, August 29th, at 6:00 PM, we’re excited to bring two culinary mates back together. Chef Joel Bickford, who used to work with our very own Chef Lachlan Budd, is reuniting with Chef James Viles for an evening you won’t forget!
Come with an open mind, and we’ll surprise you! The entire evening, presented in partnership with Lark, kicks off with the Yakitori Showdown dinner, a high-energy, fire-cooked 6-course feast where the chefs will go head-to-head. All guests will be seated at the same time to commence this shared dining experience together.
After the showdown, the party continues with Waatu‘s first-ever Supper Club, featuring even more wood-fired snacks and an exclusive selection of Lark whiskey.
This unique experience starts from IDR 1,450,000++ for food only, IDR 1,750,000++ for food & 1 Lark cocktail and a glass of natural wine, or IDR 2,900,000++ for food and unlimited beverages. Spots are limited and will go fast, so keep an eye out for booking details!
