Nampu at Grand Hyatt Bali
From 20 to 31 August 2019, Grand Hyatt Bali will host a special guest chef, Mr Keiji Mine, who will highlight the mastery of traditional Kyoto cooking techniques and create a sumptuous collection of iconic Kyoto dishes. Gourmets can savour delights such as Grilled Miso Marinated Sablefish, Braised Duck and Bamboo Leaf Wrapped Sushi-Shrimp.
