Think of Singapore and you’ll think of shopping and food. Singaporean culinary scene is internationally recognized as one of Asia’s most exciting for its variety and flavors. Now we are bringing the taste of Singapore to Bali through our special promotion with guest chef Jeff Ow from Grand Hyatt Singapore. From 1 to 5 August, guests can enjoy a variety of classic dishes, from Hainanese Chicken Rice, Chili Crab to Bak Kut Teh at Omang Omang. The dish can be enjoyed individually or even better, share the love and take your dear ones for a family-style lunch or dinner.
Chef Jeff is a native of Singapore, and has been working at Grand Hyatt for a total of 8 years, starting his career as an intern in 2009 up to now as Sous Chef of Straits Kitchen, the hotel’s famed all-day dining. In between, he had also interned at New York’s two star Michelin restaurant Jean-Georges. Promoting Singaporean cuisine is something he is passionate about – he was recently at Hyatt Regency Sydney for a similar promotion and will go to Grand Hyatt Berlin after his stint at Hyatt Regency Bali.
