Celebrating our 4th anniversary, Santanera presents The Wild Harvest, a one-night-only dining experience that captures the restaurant’s soul: bold, cross-cultural, and deeply rooted in community.
Chef Andrés Becerra revisits his Colombian hometown flavours and reimagines them through the lens of Indonesian ingredients and technique – a feast of smoke, spice, and soul. The evening brings together friends and collaborators from across Indonesia’s culinary landscape: Aditya Muskita (Esa Jakarta), John Becker (Jono’s), Rama (Island Organics), and Selvina Lim (Lenny’s). Together with them and ACS Foundation, Santanera turns waste into harvest and harvest into dishes.
