A COLLABORATIVE MENU FROM BALI’S TOP CHEFS
On April 21st from 6.30pm to 10.00pm, Uma Cucina is excited to be hosting three of the island’s top chefs for a dynamic evening of dining, with dishes inspired by Indonesian and international dishes. The night will start with cocktails and a selection of canapés, created by the chefs. A six-course tasting menu will follow. Every dish will be an opportunity for the chefs to take centre stage, demonstrating their culinary craftsmanship, influences and experience.
