
Motel Mexicola Celebrates Annual National Taco Day Across Bali!
On Tuesday, 31 March 2026, Motel Mexicola is celebrating National Taco Day across its Seminyak and Canggu locations, dedicating a full day to one of Mexico’s most iconic dishes.
This year’s edition centres on a special taco menu created by Executive Chef Manuel “Manu” Santos, showcasing the depth and diversity of Mexican cooking.
From slow-braised meats to seafood and vegetable-driven tacos, each dish is built on fresh tortillas, layered flavours, and generous seasoning. All tacos are priced at 50k, making it easy to mix, match, and share across the table.
WHAT IS NATIONAL TACO DAY?
In Mexico, tacos are an everyday ritual; eaten morning to night, standing at street corners, gathered around family tables, or shared late into the evening.
National Taco Day is a moment to celebrate that culture: simple food, bold flavours, and the joy of eating together. At Motel Mexicola, it’s a day to honour tradition while doing it the Mexicola way – más grande, más alegría y más Mexicola than ever.
Guests dining between 12pm and 6pm will be welcomed with a complimentary cocktail, setting the tone for an afternoon of relaxed, social dining – long tables, loud conversations, and plates made to pass around.
