Guests will enjoy a full course of delicious Balinese dishes prepared by the amazing Heinz von Holzen, who has dedicated many years to exploring the diversity and intricacies of Indonesian cuisine. His passion shines through in every dish, and his famous cooking classes have helped build Bumbu Bali’s reputation as one of the island’s most authentic Balinese restaurants and cooking schools.
The luncheon will also feature inspiring speakers who will share valuable insights from their F&B journeys — plus plenty of time to network, exchange ideas, and connect with Bali’s passionate restaurant and café community.
