On February 5th Mozaic will be presenting a very special event to celebrate the Chinese New Year. Chef Owner Chris Salans, who recently cooked in Shanghai with a Chinese chef, came back full of ideas and his bag full of Spices from the Guizhou area of China. Using the flavors from the South West (China) and the South East (Indonesia) Chef Chris will cook a special tasting menu showcasing the beautiful marriage of the two countries’ cuisines.
