Alejandro’s experience spans acclaimed kitchens across Spain (including two-Michelin-starred Mugaritz), the UK, Japan, and Australia — most notably Brisbane’s three-hatted Urbane. As the former CEO of Fenn Foods, he was also the driving force behind the world’s first carbon-neutral plant-based meats.
Now based in Bali, he brings his creative lens to one of our most exciting dinners yet.
