Guests can expect a 7-course seafood menu by celebrated chef Steven Skelly, spanning over 4 hours for the perfect Christmas recovery. Think amberjack tartare and caviar tart, poached asparagus with 60-degree egg, and a salmon wellington to really get you in the festive spirit. Drinks guru Jordy Outra delivers a carefully curated list of brunch worthy cocktails, alongside Bali born and brewed Kura Kura craft beers. The day doesn’t end there – guests can indulge in a champagne and oyster bar serving native and Sakoshi bay oysters all day, whilst listening to a vinyl selection from Uni’s resident DJ Arshanitsa.
Tickets are IDR 1,550,000++ for the 7-course set menu, including four hours of free-flow selected cocktails and Kura Kura Beer. Champagne and oyster bar for an additional fee.
