Serena Williams – Queen of the courts, and of the red carpet, we bow down to Miss Williams and her sartorial sense of style. There aren’t many who can rock a pink leopard print sports dress while serving at 120mph, but Serena never disappoints when it comes to her performance, or her get up. She’s also an undisputed tennis legend, with a WTA Finals 2014 Singles Champion title under her belt, among the numerous accolades she’s garnered over the course of her career.
Angelique Kerber – Current world no. 1 Angelique Kerber is the second German woman to nail that coveted title, knocking tennis queen Serena Williams off the top in a thrilling win just last month. We are equally impressed by the style star when she rocks a flirty, bronzed goddess vibe at event appearances.
Dominika Cibulkova – Fan girl alert! We’re kinda addicted to stalking Dominika’s Instagram feed. Think cute purses, killer shoes, diva sunglasses, and a smattering of ‘it’ bags. Not only is she a demon on the court, she totally slay off of it as well.
Simona Halep – This tennis star’s the one to watch – Simona chalked up an impressive six WTA titles in 2013, after ranking in the World’s Top 50 by the end of 2012. This year, watch the 25 year-old battle her way to the top again, with Angelique Kerber and Serena Williams vying for the same title. Off the court, she sizzles on the red carpet with fuss-free cocktail dresses featuring quirky prints and embellishments.
Sania Mirza – Mirza is a doubles champ to be reckoned with and we can’t wait to watch her set the court alight come October. In the meantime, we’re coo-ing over her chic wardrobe and innate sense of style. The epitome of elegance, Mirza looks as comfortable in a designer gown as she does in tennis gear.
Ana Ivanovic – Serbian Ana makes our list for the beautifully understated wedding gown she recently rocked during the nuptials to her footballing legend husband, Bastian Schweinsteiger. Anyone that can pull off such simplicity and radiance is a winner in our books. We also dig the colour pop outfits she nails on court to boot!
Caroline Wozniacki – Not only does she wear Stella McCartney tennis dresses, Wozniacki is a regular member of the frow at fashion weeks, and we love the fashion section of her personal website. We can’t get enough of her classic style vibes.
Agnieszka Radwanska – Off-court, Radwanska’s eclectic style is lust-worthy; pulling off everything from pretty lace and ruffled dresses, to edgy leather looks. Always one to look out for at WTA player events, you just never know what style she’ll be channelling!
Jelena Jankovic – Ain’t many players who can boast their own fashion line, but when Jankovic isn’t smashing balls across the net at opponents this is exactly what keeps her busy (yes, really!). From Hollywood to punky, Jankovic can rock every kind of glam with panache.
