Love indulging in crabs, oysters and the like? Check out the inaugural Sustainable Seafood Festival and find out how you can play a part in protecting our seafood supply.
\nThis might shock you, but our little island consumes a staggering amount of seafood – 140 million kilos to be exact – every year. That’s why non-profit organisation World Wide Fund for Nature Singapore (WWF) is partnering with 32 restaurants<\/a> all around Singas to offer up sustainable seafood promos. Indochine, Absinthe and Mezza9 are just some of the restos participating.<\/p>\n

Check out WWF’s roving marine roadshows, talks and exhibitions during the festival, and download this useful seafood guide<\/a> to find out if what you’re buying at the market is sustainable.<\/p>\n
