The best bit? No need to set foot off the island to indulge!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hosted by The Luxury Collection Hotels &amp; Resorts group, five top chefs from around its luxe hotel network are flying into Singapore to showcase their foodie prowess and the very best of what their respective countries \u2013\u00a0and hotels \u2013\u00a0have to offer. The extravagant 10-course <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prithvi Rasa: A Journey of 6 Tastes<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> menu sounds exquisite; think char-grilled jumbo prawns marinated in yoghurt, chilli and turmeric; black lentils with tomato, ginger and garlic; lamb biryani; and a selection of beautiful Indian breads. Vegetarian menu available.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<h3><b>Greece<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Executive Chef, Sotiris Evangelou, of the Hotel Grande Bretagne in Athens, is serving up a plate-smashing, six-course Greek feast that guarantees to bring a taste of the sunny Med to Singapore. We\u2019re intrigued by the Greek salad sorbet with molecular Kalamata olives (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">what!<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">), Octopus with Santorini\u2019s fava, squid, white tarama and ouzo sorbet; and the baby lamb fillet, with a smoked eggplant trilogy with raisins, pine-nuts and tzatziki foam.
