That said, if we had to save our tummy space (and praises) for our brunch of the month on the cusp of <a href=\"https:\/\/thehoneycombers.com\/singapore\/ultimate-beauty-guide-for-2016-hair-salons-spas-gyms-nail-salons-barbers-and-hair-removal-in-singapore\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">this new year<\/a>, we\u2019d pick a candidate that\u2019s shone with its culinary standards time and time again. Beefing up its Argentinian menu with a revitalised weekend brunch menu, <a href=\"https:\/\/thehoneycombers.com\/singapore\/directory\/bochinche\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">boCHINche<\/a> is upping the ante and we couldn\u2019t be happier.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>While this Amoy Street\u00a0establishment already trumps with its grilled steaks, alongside tantalising small plates like sea bass ceviche, Hokkaido scallops tiradito and caramelised pork belly, we\u2019d gladly scrape ourselves outta bed over the weekend to munch on these bad boys. Revamping the brunch menu are platters like the organic poached eggs, mushrooms and potato ragout, Iberico shoulder 30 months ($26), and the Faina and fried eggs with crushed avocado, coriander and aji molido cream fraiche ($22).<\/p>\n<p>Other drool-worthy specialties include boCHINche\u2019s Dulce de leche \u2013 a thick, caramel-like syrup that is trickled over fluffy pancakes, and topped with caramelised banana, chopped basil and baked ricotta cheese ($19). Or if you\u2019d like a more adventurous pairing with brunch staples like smoked salmon, scrambled eggs and grilled peppers salad, have a go at the signature sea black pudding \u2013 a variation of blood sausage fusing the freshness of seasonal seafood, the tanginess of lemon juice, and the spiciness of aji molido ($26). Can you say flavour explosion?<\/p>\n<p>Patrons who are already fans of boCHINche\u2019s original brunch selections need not fret; favourites like the organic poached eggs on toast with braised osso buco and chive hollandaise, and brioche French toast with home-cooked ham and bacon ice cream still remain. But ask yourself: why wouldn\u2019t you wanna try boCHINche\u2019s new items like waffles, mango compote, chocolate crumble and coconut ice cream ($19)? Then again, why wouldn\u2019t you wanna try <em>everything<\/em>?
