Every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night there\u2019s a special omakase degustation menu on offer ($59 per pax), which consists of nine small plates inspired by flavours from all around the world. The creations change all the time, but items like edamame with Thai tom yum espuma and Korean pork dumplings in chilled bak kut teh consomm\u00e9 have been featured before.
