Werk those arms <\/strong><\/h3>\n

Besides working out your vocal cords (there will probably be lots of screaming), the obstacles at Forest Adventure will definitely train your upper body strength \u2013 arms in particular. From climbing up rope ladders and cargo nets to holding your weight up so as not to topple off while crossing, expect to wake up the next morning with aching muscles, especially if you don\u2019t regularly train your upper body.<\/p>\n

Get surfboard abs <\/strong><\/h3>\n

Sit-ups, Russian twists, planks \u2013 we shudder at the thought of core exercises. Thankfully, you have to do none of them\u00a0at Forest Adventure to get\u00a0a tighter mid-section. The challenging obstacle course is filled with shaky logs and tightropes that require plenty of balancing. Define your thighs and buns at Forest Adventure; nearly every obstacle requires a good amount of leg strength and flexibility. We woke up the next day feeling like we\u2019d clocked in hundred hours on the StairMaster Stepmill \u2013 all while having the time of our lives! Now, who said exercise had to be tough?<\/p>\n

The Grand Course is open every day except Monday from 930 am to 6pm while the Kids Course and Mini Course are open on weekends, school holidays and public holidays. Please note that there is a minimum height requirement of 1.4m for the Grand Course.<\/em><\/p>\n
