We\u2019ve roped a panel of uber<\/em> cool people in Singapore, who are going to join us for a panel discussion on creating cool, what the concept is all about and how to stay ahead of the pack as times change. ‘Who are our speakers?’, you wonder in our heads. Introducing…<\/p>\n

Javier Perez:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The proprietor of Kilo<\/a>, one of Singapore’s hottest restaurants. Set on Kallang River\u00a0in an old industrial building, this urban dining spot oozes cool.<\/p>\n

Feroze McLeod:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

As the owner of insanely cool Western-style barber and tattoo shop\u00a0Hounds of The Baskervilles<\/a>\u00a0in Haji Lane, Feroze knows all about setting up a successful, independent business that has a serious amount of street cred.<\/p>\n

Sharon<\/span> Tan:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Founder of independent cinema and creative platform The Projector<\/a>, Sharon is in the middle of her own start-up, and very much focused on creating cool within the\u00a0venue.<\/p>\n

Naturally, this will be in an awesome, inspiring space \u2013 Singapore\u2019s latest hipster hangout, The Projector.<\/a><\/p>\n

Angie Pasley<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Angie is the\u00a0talented, oh-so-creative woman behind popular, edgy furniture store Fred Lives Here<\/a>. By building a\u00a0cool,\u00a0relatable brand and creating a strong, modern-classic\u00a0product mix (showcased in a wicked space), Angie\u00a0(and Fred!) have become front runners in Singapore’s\u00a0competitive interiors industry.<\/p>\n

\"Honeytalks<\/a><\/p>\n

Enough inspiring folks for ya? Thought so. The HoneyTalks event will include wine by\u00a0EnVogue Wines, vodka by Black Cow<\/a>, water from\u00a0Evian,<\/a>\u00a0glorious grub by Club Meatballs<\/a> and a panel discussion from 6pm. Following the conversation, at around 8.30pm, we’ll kick back in The Projector’s fabulous cinema\u00a0(think bean bags and vintage style) and enjoy a screening of\u00a0A Single Man, starring Colin Firth and directed by Tom Ford (2009).<\/p>\n
