This time, we\u2019re revisiting the well-loved dining spot for its spanking new menu additions, crafted with tender loving care by Chef Antonio Facchinetti.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Featuring the cr\u00e8me de le cr\u00e8me of the season\u2019s best ingredients, the new regional delicacies reflect the talented chef\u2019s culinary roots. From 18 March 2015 onwards, you can feast on antipasti like the insalata caprese \u2013 gorgeous buffalo mozzarella with vine ripened tomato and basil, doused with white balsamic vinaigrette \u2013 or the insalata di polpo, poached octopus with celery, potato kipfler and Sicilian extra virgin olive oil.
