It&#8217;s got\u00a0the late-1800s feel down pat:\u00a0the interior boasts a stylish, old school look, with a distinctive wooden curved panel near the ceiling and iconic silver, industrial mirrors behind the bar.<\/p>\n<p>The visual feast (and great location) aside, OverEasy\u2019s grub is the other thing that keeps us coming back for more. Menu highlights include the truffle burger (this American staple features wagyu beef mince slathered with house-infused truffle mayonnaise, a cheese blend of red milk cheddar, emmental and parmesan, sauteed onions and mushrooms inside a grilled brioche bun), and the Mac &amp; Cheeks, which uses Australian beef cheeks. Cured for five hours in rosemary, thyme and veal jus, these tender delights are seared with red wine before being braised overnight in the oven. Plus, they don&#8217;t use just any kind of cheese for this creation\u2026 it&#8217;s a combination of parmesan <em>and<\/em> the oh-so-rich, creamy gruyere.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s also the fiery buffalo wings, where you have control over the spice level \u2013 there are four levels, \u2018Wimp\u2019, right up to \u2018Crazy Mofo\u2019, but if you&#8217;ve a burning desire to prove you can handle the wings even hotter, ask for Level 10, an off-the-menu special\u00a0made with the spiciest chilli on earth, the scorpion pepper.<\/p>\n<p><em><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-56474 lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/static.thehoneycombers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2015\/03\/overeasy-cocktails.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/static.thehoneycombers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2015\/03\/overeasy-cocktails.jpg 640w, https:\/\/static.thehoneycombers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2015\/03\/overeasy-cocktails.jpg 300w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 640px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 640\/480;\" \/>Spiked milkshake (left) and Breakfast of Champions\u00a0(right) at OverEasy<\/em><\/p>\n<p>To wash down all that goodness, we highly recommend ordering one of OverEasy\u2019s specialty cocktails. Those with an uncontrollable sweet tooth must order the spiked milkshake, which comes with rum, vanilla bean ice cream, and maple syrup. Need something refreshing? Go for the Kyoho grape sour. If you&#8217;re up for something really different, pick the Breakfast of Champions. Dubbed the &#8220;ultimate wake-up call&#8221;, this mighty mix consists of\u00a0Redemption High rye bourbon, Advocaat, Grade A Maple Syrup, lemon juice and a waffle biscuit.<\/p>\n<p><em>**Hey honeys!
