The 4,000 square foot space, decked out with lots of copper and illuminated wrapped wood, is located in the atrium of Marina Bay Sands.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-53686 lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/d22ir9aoo7cbf6.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2015\/02\/adrift-food.jpg\" alt=\"Adrift by David Myers | Marina Bay Sands | Honeycombers Singapore\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/static.thehoneycombers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2015\/02\/adrift-food.jpg 640w, https:\/\/static.thehoneycombers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2015\/02\/adrift-food.jpg 300w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 640px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 640\/480;\" \/><em>Fried oysters with green garlic (left) and ricotta with preserved lemon (right) at Adrift<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Helming the kitchen is executive chef Dong Choi, who puts out innovative Modern Asian plates, including highlights like a foie gras banh mi, a grilled lobster mochi with ginger vinaigrette, and a king crab melt with pimento cheese (a refreshing twist on an American classic). There\u2019s even a robata section featuring Japanese-inspired, bincho-grilled items like miso-cured duck breast and wagyu beef with onion jam. Many of the dishes are tapas-style \u2013 small plates great for mixing and matching, as well as communal dining.<\/p>\n<p>You don\u2019t wanna miss out on the cocktail selection, either. The vintage Ginza-style bar is the restaurant\u2019s centrepiece, where you can get East-meets-West concoctions crafted by Attaboy\u2019s Sam Ross, one of New York\u2019s most well-known bartenders.
