Doll\u2019s Festival).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>For the third-time running, Mikuni pays tribute to the annual Japanese festival Hina Matsuri (3 March 2015) \u2013 a day when families wish and pray for their daughters to lead a happy and successful life. From 1 to 10 March 2015, you can feast on gorgeous creations crafted by Executive Chef Moon Kyung Soo. The eight-course lunch bento set (priced at $88 per person) comes in a lovely tiered box with a dainty little handle, and features highlights like Mikuni\u2019s stunning signature bara chirashi, and a 65 degree onsen tamago, accompanied by black truffle sauce and organic Japanese yam salad.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s also chef Moon&#8217;s expertly grilled soy braised silver cod, as well as the delicate organic fig tempura, which is cooked with sesame salt.
