Named Strait-Up, the Southeast Asian-inspired feast is crafted by head chef Jet Lo and features signatures made with familiar spices and ingredients from around the region. For mains, there\u2019s the red curry wagyu short rib and the gold band snapper with garam masala. Then, finish off with the gula melaka with sago pudding and coconut ice cream, or the textures of chocolate and kaya. Each set lunch comes with a bowl of rice and The Holly\u2014a gin and tonic cocktail with a dash of Korean raspberry wine.<\/p>\n<p>Be the first few to get a taste of this set lunch ahead of everyone else!
