Inspired by hanoks (traditional Korean houses), you&#8217;ll be surrounded by natural textures and a very calming atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p>For a dessert cafe, I found it decently spacious with many seats. It\u2019s ideal for those moments when you want to get out of the sun and cool down with some gelato. At the time of my visit, the second floor wasn\u2019t open yet, but I imagine the upper floor will have more seats available. Instead, it was silky and had a texture similar to ice cream. The gelato does melt very quickly, so you\u2019ll have to take your pictures quickly.<\/p>\n<p>The original tofu gelato ($8) tasted like drinking soy milk, an unsurprising flavour! It can lean a little bit sweet, but I found it delightful. If you want to really hit those protein goals, get the high-protein tofu gelato ($8). It has a stronger soy flavour and a thicker consistency, which may get cloying after a while, but is no less delicious.<\/p>\n<p>The rich chocolate gelato ($8) delivers in richness. The chocolate flavour also overpowers the soy, so it\u2019s more palatable for those who aren\u2019t fans of the bean flavour of the original gelato. I tried the tofu flavour, and it tastes similar to the gelato \u2013 nutty and soy-forward. Remember to scoop down to the bottom of the jar to get a full bite with the syrup at the bottom!<\/p>\n<p>The tiramisu ($8) also comes in a variety of flavours \u2013 cocoa powder, matcha powder, and injeolmi (soy bean) powder. Layered with coconut cream and coffee, the soy flavour is just as pronounced in this dessert.
