Milli\u2019s food menu is developed by none other than LG Han. Best known for his one-Michelin-starred restaurant, Labyrinth, LG Han continues championing his expression of Singaporean cuisine in Milli\u2019s menu.<\/p>\n<p>For a splurge-worthy moment, order the Alaskan King Crab Leg ($98). This humongous leg is served simply, with the shell removed for your convenience. You can dip it into the white pepper or salted egg sauces served on the side. But I enjoyed it plain to savour the sweet and plump flesh of the crab.<\/p>\n<p>The cereal corn ribs ($20) is a must-order in my book. The juicy kernels paired with the crisp and savoury cereal make it an addictive snack.<\/p>\n<p>To share, I recommend the grilled British cod\u2019s head &amp; collar ($48) served with an assam curry beurre blanc. A fish head may be intimidating if you\u2019re unfamiliar with Singaporean cuisine. But dig deep into the cheek and collar for a meaty bite, and dip the side of roti prata into the assam for that mega flavour bomb. His passion for local ingredients and flavour permeates through the menu, honouring Singaporean heritage.<\/p>\n<p>The whisky green tea ($26) is an homage to a classic club drink \u2013 Martell with green tea. Using scotch whisky and sencha distillate, the yuzu-infused drink comes topped with an earthy matcha foam. A refreshing option for warm days.<\/p>\n<p>I loved the Peranakan Spritz ($26) for its bubbly lift, featuring ingredients like calamansi, coconut, and ginger flower. The drink also comes with a little slice of kueh salat, perfect to end as a dessert or as a sweet appetiser.<\/p>\n<p>A forgotten classic is revived through The Milli ($28). The Million Dollar cocktail was created by Ngiam Tong Boon, a legendary bartender and also the creator of the Singapore Sling. Milli\u2019s version uses a housemade Mandarin grenadine and is rounded with a touch of fino sherry and Mancino Blinco. It leans a little sweet for my taste, but no less refreshing than the other options.<\/p>\n<p>For a boozy hit, order the Singaporean Breakfast ($26). Served as a slushie, it\u2019s packed with familiar Singaporean flavours like Kopi O, kaya, gula melaka, and coconut. It\u2019s an indulgent cocktail which will keep you cool all night long.
